Join us for our first ever workshop on enhancing wellbeing through the mind-body connection!

Led by Dina Jeram, a highly experienced mindfulness practitioner and teacher, you will explore how understanding the interplay between your mind and body can improve your overall health and wellbeing. Whether you’re new to mindfulness or have tried it before, this workshop is for you!

Covering topics such as mindfulness attitudes and the mind-body connection, you will learn techniques to increase focus and self-awareness using scientifically backed mindfulness practices. Apply these skills in your daily life to increase creativity and resilience within yourself.

Above all, learn to be self-compassionate by taking some “me time” to develop key skills.
