Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your purchases, but if, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied with your items, simply return them to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. To arrange a return, please email us with your full name and the details of the purchase, letting us know whether you require an exchange or refund.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility as is the item itself until it reaches us. We will not refund postage costs unless the item is faulty or you have had to return it due to a mistake we’ve made. We therefore recommend you return it to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
Unfortunately, there are some goods which can’t be returned. These include paint with obvious signs of use, bespoke commissions, perishable goods, gift cards, cut lengths of fabric or workshop reservations. Furniture items are non-refundable unless there is a significant issue with the item as pictured or described. Items damaged in transit will of course be refunded in full. Items damaged after delivery is accepted cannot be returned although we will endeavour to repair at a reasonable cost if requested.
Please allow 5 working days upon receipt of the goods for us to process your refund. Once we’ve done so, we will notify you by email and arrange to credit your original method of payment.
We only replace items if they’re defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange a product which is neither, we will charge for the postage and packaging of despatching the replacement item.
If your item has arrived damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with details and a photograph of the damage. We will arrange for you to return the item and either send a replacement or offer a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded unless damaged.
We use Royal Mail’s 1st class service for all items and aim to ship orders within 3 days. Depending on your location and during busy periods, deliveries may take a bit longer, so please allow between 5-7 working days for Royal Mail to deliver.
Commissions, bespoke and made-to-order items may take up to 2 weeks for production and delivery, but we will give you an indication of the likely timescale when you place your order.
We send our international orders via Royal Mail, so please allow up to 14 working days for European orders and 28 working days for orders placed outside Europe.
